Update Pharmacy Bill

Updates a pharmacy bill. Only the fields you send change; send null to clear a field. product_type cannot be changed.

A bill can be updated only while it has not been submitted, or its current submission was rejected, and it has not been written off.

Lines: send id to change a line, omit id to add a line, and send id with _destroy: true to delete a line.

In California daisyBill calculates the dispensing fee and keeps the Dispensing Fee line. In other states, send dispensing_fee_cents on every update: when it is missing or 0, daisyBill removes the dispensing fee and its line.

400Bad request. The model failed validation ({"errors": {field: [messages]}}), the JSON body could not be parsed, or a POST/PUT/PATCH request carried URL query parameters ({"error": "..."}).

401Unauthorized. The API token is missing or invalid, the user is not active, or the organization does not have API access.

402Payment required. The organization is locked for an overdue invoice.

403Forbidden. A required parameter is missing or a parameter is invalid (wrong type, value outside the allowed range, per_page above the maximum, bad date filter), or the path is not a valid endpoint.

404Not found. The record does not exist or your user cannot access it.

429Too many requests. The rate limit (100 requests per minute per user by default) was exceeded. Check the X-Rate-Limit-Limit, X-Rate-Limit-Remaining and X-Rate-Limit-Reset headers, which are sent on every response.
